Afrodescendant Nation Engages Memphis Community on Plebiscite and Reparations
On Saturday, July 27th, the Afrodescendant Nation (ADN) held a community event in Memphis, Tennessee to share information about their proposed plebiscite and initiatives on reparations. The event was organized by Representative Patrick Epps, a leading organizer for the ADN.
The event featured remarks from several key figures in the ADN movement. Senator Hubert Bass, a prominent ADN senator, provided "vital insights" on the ADN's "race first initiatives" and the importance of taking the proposed plebiscite to the International Court of Justice.
PGRNA security officer Nikita Dale was present to provide security for the event. Additionally, the event featured the sale of branded merchandise sponsored by Representative Naaji Mansoor (Afrodescendantbranded.com), showcasing the ADN's commitment to engaging the black community.
According to reports, the event had a positive atmosphere as the ADN representatives "engaged the black community about membership, reparations and our commitment to race first initiatives." The community was provided with information about the ADN's plebiscite process, which aims to establish a separate Afrodescendant nation.
